Whatever we agree to goes in writing before we start, and you pay us back when you’re able, or not at all. We can turn down a project that isn’t a fit, and if you’ve paid, you get a full refund.

We email within 24 hours to confirm the details and start. If you haven’t heard from us within 3–5 business days, or we can’t deliver what you paid for, you’re refunded in full, automatically. You never have to chase us. For now we work by email, at Honeybloomstudios@proton.me, and read every one.

Nothing grows without your yes.

When the price is a range, checkout charges the low end of it. We confirm the details before we begin, and only charge more with your explicit go-ahead.

What “own it” means.

A one-time site is a plain static site: pages, a contact form, tap-to-call and the basics for Google search. It’s hosted in your own name. We charge nothing for hosting, and once the build is paid for, there’s nothing more to pay us. Live tools like a CRM for leads, chat or booking are optional, billed to you by the provider and never marked up. Want us to look after it? Ask, and we’ll quote it in writing. That’s the only ongoing thing you’d ever pay us. Leave whenever and keep everything.

Every build ships with the basics set up.

Search Console in your own account, so you see how people find you on Google. Structured data, alt text and a sitemap, so Google and screen readers can read your site. And a short recorded walkthrough of how it all works. Visitor analytics are your choice: Google Analytics 4 in your own account, or none at all. A site with none can earn the Honeybloom seal. What these words mean.
