On day one we write down exactly where you stand — your Google Maps rankings for the searches that bring you customers, and your review count — and hand you a copy. If neither has improved ninety days later, your next month is free. We apply it ourselves, so you never have to ask; and if the baseline is ever unclear, we read it in your favour.
