What you agree to at checkout.
The plain terms behind every checkout button on this site. Short, and on your side.
When you pay at checkout
Paying starts your project with us on these terms. Within 24 hours we email you to confirm the details. Your Client Agreement and Statement of Work follow by email for you to sign. Once they’re signed, they govern your project, and they keep every promise on this page.
If we fall short
If you haven’t heard from us within 3–5 business days, or we can’t deliver what you paid for, you’re refunded in full, automatically. You never have to ask.
If you change your mind
For a website or another one-time build:
- Before we start work: a full refund.
- After we start, before you’ve seen a first draft: everything back except 15% of the price.
- After you’ve seen a first draft, before launch: half back.
- After launch: the work is delivered and yours, so the build price isn’t refunded.
We can always refund more. If you’re paying monthly, cancelling never costs you extra: we keep at most what you’ve already paid. Monthly services follow the terms on their own service page and in your agreement.
Prices shown as a range
Checkout charges the low end of the range. We confirm the details with you before we begin, and only charge more with your written go-ahead.
Paying monthly
- The same total as paying at once. 0% APR: no interest, and no fees of any kind, late fees included.
- The first payment is taken at checkout. The rest come monthly until the total is paid, and then billing stops on its own.
- Pay it off early whenever you like, with no penalty.
- The site is yours at launch.
- If a payment is missed, we reach out first. If money gets tight, tell us, and we’ll agree on something in writing. If we host the site ourselves and payments stop with no word from you, we may pause that hosting 30 days after telling you in writing. A balance that’s left unpaid is still owed.
